What is Paths SM?+
Paths SM is a social platform for building better relationships — friendship, dating, and business networking. We use numerology (your Life Path number, calculated from your date of birth) together with shared interests as an ice breaker, so you skip the awkward small talk and get to deeper conversations faster, online and at local events.
What is a Life Path number and how is it used?+
Your Life Path number is derived from your date of birth using numerology. Paths SM uses it to suggest compatible members and to give you conversation starters. It’s a fun guide, not a guarantee — you always decide who to connect with. You can control whether your Life Path is visible to others in Settings → Privacy.
Is Paths SM free?+
Yes — the Blue membership is free and includes friends, winks, profile editing, and basic search. Paid tiers unlock more: Silver ($14.99/mo) adds advanced search, media uploads, comments, and My Matches; Black ($29.99/mo) adds dating features like the Matchbox, Relationships Breakdown, and Viewed Me; Gold ($99.99/mo) is our business tier with events, products, and business meetups.
How do subscriptions and billing work?+
Paid memberships are billed monthly through Stripe and renew automatically until you cancel. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel anytime from your account settings — your paid features stay active until the end of the current billing period. See the Terms and Conditions for full billing details.
What are credits and what do they do?+
Credits are Paths SM’s in-app currency for extras like sending winks and virtual gifts. You can buy credit packs from the Credits page. Credits have no cash value, are non-transferable, and are non-refundable. The credit cost of each action is always shown before you confirm.
How old do I have to be to join?+
You must be at least 18 years old. Paths SM is an adults-only platform, and accounts belonging to minors are removed. See our CSAE Policy for our child safety standards.
How do I report or block another member?+
Every profile, photo, video, message, and comment has a report option, and you can block any member from their profile. Blocked members can’t view your profile or contact you. Reports are reviewed by our moderation team, and objectionable content is typically actioned within 24 hours. For urgent safety concerns, email support@pathsm.com.
Who can see my profile information?+
Other members can see your public profile. You control the visibility of sensitive fields — orientation, religion, location, online status, and Life Path — from Settings → Privacy. Read our Privacy Policy for the full picture of how your data is handled.
What is ePaths?+
ePaths is our connected events and experiences platform. From the ePaths page in the app you can link your Paths SM account and move between the two with a single sign-on — no separate password needed.
What is Path-Tok?+
Path-Tok is the in-app video feed where members share short video content. Watching is open to members; uploading media requires a Silver membership or higher.
I forgot my password — how do I reset it?+
On the login page, choose Forgot Password?and enter your email address. We’ll send you a secure link to set a new password.
How do I delete my account?+
Go to Settings and choose the account deletion option. Deleting your account removes your profile from the platform; see our Privacy Policy for how long residual data is retained. If you have an active subscription, cancel it first to avoid further charges.
