1. The License
This End User License Agreement (“EULA”) is a binding agreement between you and Paths (“Paths SM,” “we,” “us”). Subject to your compliance with this EULA and our Terms and Conditions, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Paths SM application and website (the “App”) on devices you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial use. Gold (business tier) members may additionally use business features as described in the App.
2. Age Requirement
The App is intended only for adults 18 years of age or older. By accepting this EULA you confirm that you are at least 18. We do not knowingly permit minors to use the App, and accounts found to belong to minors are removed. See our CSAE Policy.
3. License Restrictions
You may not, and may not permit anyone else to:
- Copy, modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works of the App;
- Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the App;
- Rent, lease, lend, sell, sublicense, distribute, or otherwise transfer the App or your account;
- Remove or alter any proprietary notices in the App;
- Use the App with bots, scrapers, or other automated means, or to build a competing product;
- Circumvent or interfere with security, membership-tier, credit, or content-moderation features;
- Use the App in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
4. User-Generated Content and Zero Tolerance for Objectionable Content
The App lets members post profiles, photos, videos, audio, comments, and messages. We have zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. Objectionable content includes, without limitation: content that sexualizes or endangers minors in any way (see our CSAE Policy), pornography, hate speech, harassment, threats, violence, illegal activity, scams, and spam.
- All member media is subject to review and moderation before or after it appears in the App.
- Every member profile and piece of content can be reported, and any member can be blocked, directly in the App.
- We act on objectionable-content reports promptly — typically within 24 hours — by removing the content and, where appropriate, ejecting the user who provided it.
5. Purchases, Subscriptions, and Credits
Memberships (Blue, Silver, Black, Gold), subscriptions, and credit purchases made through the App are governed by our Terms and Conditions. Auto-renewal, cancellation, and refund rules are described there. Credits have no cash value and are non-transferable.
6. Ownership
The App — including its software, design, branding, numerology-matching features, and all related intellectual property — is owned by Paths SM and its licensors. This EULA grants you a license to use the App; it does not sell or transfer the App or any rights in it to you.
7. Updates and Changes
We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue the App or any feature at any time. Updates to the App may be applied automatically. We may also update this EULA; material changes will be communicated through the App or by email, and continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
8. Termination
This EULA is effective until terminated. It terminates automatically if you breach it, breach the Terms and Conditions, or violate our CSAE Policy. You may terminate it at any time by deleting your account and ceasing all use of the App. Upon termination you must stop using the App, and sections 3, 4, 6, 9, and 10 survive.
9. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Paths SM disclaims all implied warranties and will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App. The limitations of liability in the Terms and Conditions apply to this EULA.
10. Third-Party Services and App Store Terms
The App relies on third-party services such as Supabase (hosting and authentication) and Stripe (payments), and links to our social channels. Their terms govern your use of those services. If you obtained the App through an app store (e.g., Apple App Store or Google Play), the store’s terms also apply, and the store provider is a third-party beneficiary of this EULA with the right to enforce it.
